Having acquired experience and know-how in the field of mechanical constructions, in the last 20 years we have specialized in the production of printing machinery and compatible components. The machines include continuous form and sheet printing machines, labeling machines and die-cutting machines. As for the components, we produce cylinders, cartridges and other equipment compatible with the most popular printing machines on the market. In our workshop, experts in the field also follow the design phase during which the customer is consulted to then decide all the functions with which the machinery must be equipped. At the end of the construction, the finished machinery moves on to the test phase during which our technicians verify the correct functioning of each component, including the safety system. The last phase represents the delivery of the finished machinery to the customer.

Inside our workshop there is a design department made up of expert technicians in the field of mechanical constructions. This department is responsible for the creation of the customized machinery required, taking care of understanding the customer’s requests, studying their feasibility and carrying out the project that will then be entrusted to production.
Thanks to the design we are able to guarantee each customer the possibility of receiving the machinery they need, made in every aspect according to their specific needs. In addition, our operators are committed to staying up to date on industry news, analyzing and studying new systems and technologies that, if applicable, could further increase the quality of our products.

The creation of a customized printing machine is broken down into several phases that allow us to complete the job by optimizing time and costs and delivering the desired product. Initially we analyze the customer’s request by providing advice and listening to his needs. After a careful study and an analysis of the feasibility of the project, we proceed with the drafting of the project itself which will then be used by the production to give life to the machinery. Once the printing machine has been built, it is carefully tested in all its functions and then delivered to the customer.
