The OMEG 480 H4 machine processes adhesive and non-adhesive paper, neutral or printed, with a width of 480 mm at a maximum speed of 150 m/min. This machine has its own electrical panel and is equipped with a sliding touch screen for executing commands. The paper is pulled into the machine by rollers with a special coating that gives them greater grip. The correct tensioning of the paper in the machine is determined by load cells positioned near the drive rollers. The operator, again via touch screen, can increase or decrease the tension of the same according to the type of paper. There are also four labellers, under which there are two spaces used for mounting a paper reversal bar, useful for example for depositing one/two rows of labels on the front side of the paper. Numbers, barcodes and QR Codes can be printed using two Ink-Jet heads positioned at the inlet and outlet, drying them with a UV oven. Also at the inlet and outlet are two die-cutting stations of which the operator can adjust the transversal and longitudinal position via touch screen. At the exit of the machine, knives are mounted to divide the paper in order to create small reels.
